When it comes to Real Estate Agents, Ann Gardner is the greatest and most efficient! We are from out of state and had been shopping for homes on the Internet. We were wanting an agent to represent us while not being present to look at properties. We were having a hard time finding an agent who was comfortable with this until we spoke to Ann. She went to the property and with a 3 way call, she walked us through the house, taking pictures and measuring as she described our future home to us. When we finally flew to Austin, Texas she picked us up at the airport and took us directly to see our new home. It was lovelier than pictures conveyed and even better than we had envisioned. We are so pleased with our new home and with Ann's help and expertise to handle an Internet sale. You would be very fortunate to have Ann as an agent. You will be working with a professional who is level headed, has the experience, expertise, and candor that we needed in placing a bid, making counter offers, avoiding a bidding war, working with the seller, etc. We could not have been more happy, nor had our expectations fulfilled so thoroughly.
